Macquarie Capital closes project financing and innovative commercial arrangement for Lal Lal Wind Farms
Planning Permit Amendment Notice
Lal Lal Wind Farms is currently progressing a planning permit amendment.
The amendment does not change the operation of the wind farm.
It is required due to State legislative updates that transfer responsibility for regulating operational wind turbine noise from the Minister for Planning to EPA Victoria.

Any objections or requests for clarification must be directed to the Department of Transport and Planning as the Responsible Authority.
